At the beginning of 2007, Conscious
Designs was founded by architecture
enthusiast Jody M Luna, after receiving
her Masters in Architecture at the Illinois
Institute of Technology in Chicago.
This would come as no surprise when
taking into account her history and love
affair with architecture.
From the age of 5, she would regularly
accompany her father on the job site to
numerous construction sites. Her
interests would intensify, sending her to
study Architecture at the University of
Miami at Coral Gables, Florida.
Upon completing her Bachelor of
Architecture in the spring of 2000, Jody
moved to Chicago to begin her
professional career. The move landed
